Graduate Trainee - Production & Engineering

What You Will Do

• Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development. 
• Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations. 
• Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result. 
• Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required.

Required Skills and Abilities

• S1 or S2 graduates from a reputable university. Preferably having 1-2 years' experience (intern/full-time). 
• Open for all majors with min. GPA 3.5/4.0. 
• Having good communication skills, open-minded, “hungry”, curious & fast learning, and technology savvy.

BEAUTY CARE: In 2010 Akasha International expanded our business scope to the cosmetics business by acquiring a company engaged in the production of hair care products under the brand Makarizo.  
 
In 2012, the Company signed an agreement with Procter & Gamble to import, distribute, and sell Procter & Gamble products in the premium professional segment (the products distributed through hairstylists) under the brands Wella Professional, System Professional, and Clairol Professional.  
 
This action is expected to increase the company's overall performance in the future in the middle of tight business competition for cosmetic products in Indonesia.
