You will be part of ShopBack Indonesia Marketing team to own day-to-day campaign initiatives from planning to execution of ideas.\xa0

What You Will Do\xa0

Conceptualize, implement, and execute end-to-end in-app campaigns to drive growth.\xa0
Collaborate with multiple channel owners to develop and execute effective strategies for customer acquisition and user engagement.\xa0
Initiate and carry out tests on new product features and implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive usage, engagement, and click performance.\xa0
Maintain day-to-day tasks of site optimization, data reporting, weekly calendar planning, and allocation of marketing assets.\xa0

Required Skills and Abilities\xa0

Internship experience in Marketing / Campaign department in a tech start-up or e-commerce industry.\xa0
Basic copywriting skills.\xa0
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.\xa0
Self-starter, independent, motivated (is a must!), and reliable/dependable individual.\xa0
Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\xa0
Positive work attitude with good communication skills.\xa0
