The Programme

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees.

You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

What You Will Do

As an Intern / Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretary or Office Administration with up to two years of working experience.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
  • Sound organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Aptitude for working with computers (MS. Office) and other supporting technologies (i.e., Gmail, G-Chat, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Able to act with tact and discretion.
  • Available to join the team at the soonest.
