Apprenticeship - HRBP - Management

What You Will Do

• Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects focusing on Organizational Design. 
• Collaborate directly with related teams and vendors to help plan and strategize initiatives, events, and company programs. 
• Database management. 
• Create presentation decks as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Willing to WFO (3x a week) in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan. 
• Able to join 6-12 months. 
• People Oriented person who loves to socialize with others. 
• Student or fresh graduate from university (preferably from Management & Psychology). 
• Possess excellent written communication skills and can write engaging copy combining creativity and flair with business objectives. 
• Advance in excel. 
• Have the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and deadlines. 
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
