What You Will Do 

Creative Graphic Designer:

• Interpreting a brief, contribute ideas and develop design solution.
• Ability to design banners, logo, layouts, educational materials and simple motion graphics.
• Can produce work for a wide range of media in digital.
• Manage multiple deadlines and be responsible to complete work order.
• Participate actively in projects from concept to completion.
• Fast learner can understand the audience needs and take instruction well. 

Campaign Onsite Creative:

• Create creative design for our Lazada Indonesia E-Commerce platform website and app.
• Work closely with designers and category department team.
• Able to present the ideas and final design.
• Willing to Learn analyzing campaign performances and apply it to design.
• Producing drafts, Prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
• Listening to feedback and to hone skills and improve the design from time to time. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Completed Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.3 before May 2021.
• Major in creative and design.
• Max of 18 months of working experience.
• Know how to operate Adobe Photoshops and Adobe Illustrator. Added advantage if have experience in - Adobe Flash, & Adobe After Effect.
• Know how to create creative presentation deck (.ppt or keynote).
• Able to create animation gif.
• Basic knowledge to do basic 3D.
• Basic knowledge to do motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge on UI/UX Design.
• Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multi-task, and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a good taste on current design trend and able to implement it on design.
• Prefer to have good English both writing and verbal.
• Able to work both in individual & teams.
• Great sense of urgency.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Fast learner and independent thinker.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
• Well versed with Excel and Microsoft Office package.
