Branding Intern

What You Will Do 

• Working closely with the Indonesia branding and marketing management team to assist concept development and drive effective branding strategy for business growth.
• Developing effective and impactful campaigns that relevant to target audience, ensuring the activities are in line with Lazada’s strategic business direction.
• Managing marketing campaign planning and execution by working closely with commercial team, functional team, regional team, media and creative agencies.
• Monitoring marketing and branding initiatives are performed with required quality, within agreed cost & timescales.
• Monitoring the campaign and acting fast to ensure the campaign target is achieved.
• Helping HOB to write post campaign reports and brand analytics with actionable recommendations in line with Lazada’s business objectives.
• Analyzing market research data to understand current branding challenges and potential opportunities in the market.
• Assisting Project Manager which include project status reporting, tracking and follow up to ensure projects are produced on time and within budget. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Study in Management/Business/Advertising/Media/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
• Have good analytic skill of consumers insight, current market data and trends.
• Interested in managing offline and online marketing activities.
• Mature, meticulous with strong oral as well as written communication and interpersonal skills to work with regional team, commercial team, creative agency, media agency, and other partners.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multitask, and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization.
