Sea Logistics Customer Care - Intern

The Programme

You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.

Your Role:

Responsible for handling activities based on the scope of work and standard operating procedures of Sea Logistics Export. 

What You Will Do

  • Assisting system updates.
  • Support Sea Logistics team for billing, booking, and customer care tasks.
  • Document timeline and accuracy management.
  • Manage customer & Kuehne +Nagel Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
  • Data quality management.
  • Support correspondence with Kuehne + Nagel and/or customers. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Diploma/Tertiary certification in Supply Chain or Business, with Degree Qualifications preferred.
  • Ability to converse in English fluently.
  • Strong team player and is self-motivated.
  • Able to work with Microsoft Excel.
