General Affairs Intern - Administration - Remote

The Programme 

Campaign #ForChange Nusantara Internship Program 2023. 
 
Position: Full time GA Interns. 
 
Length: 4 months. 
 
Paid Internship: Competitive based on Jakarta rates. 
 
We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia!  
 
As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.  
 
This is a full-time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others—you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a full remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well.

What You Will Do 

• Carry out the process procurement of merchandise. 
• Find, contact, and dealing with vendors. 
• Record keeping of office assets. 
• Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions. 
• Make payments and routine purchases. 
• Provide support for merchandise process.
• Present data-driven for actual vs budget cost of merchandise. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Major in Finance, Business Administration, Secretary, or other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience. 
• Minimum GPA of 3.00. 
• Have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet. 
• Extremely detail-oriented. 
• Have a great interpersonal and communication skill. 
• Willing to work on weekend or overtime if there is an offline event.
• Complete at least 3 challenges in our Campaign #ForChange Apps.
