Tax Admin Intern

What You Will Do

• Input Val local and Vat import.
• Input Sales Export, Nota Retur, and Nota Pelabuhan to e-Faktur.
• Upload and approve Vat Out.
• Print and delivery WHT Slip.
• Checking the completeness document from vendor for the Vat local and Vat import.
• Create ID billing and payment voucher for WHT and Vat Payment.
• Prepare SPT PPN.
• Assisting supervisor for tax compliance.
• Processing report of SPT PPh to e-SPT, e-Bukpot, and DJP Online.
• Other accounting and tax job.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting/Tax/Finance.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Keen to learn and proactive. Demonstrate leadership skill, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Tax Art 21, Tax Art 23/26, VAT, e-SPT, & e-Bukpot.
• Open for College Students Only - Preferably last year students.
