Logistics Transportation Intern

What You Will Do 

• Supporting operational function for domestic transportation activity.
• Monitoring & follow up delivery status from Warehouse JKT, MES, SUB, MKS to all ID area using "Shipment Tracking Dashboard".
• Monitoring & follow up POD Return (Proof of Delivery) using "Shipment Tracking Dashboard".
• Established proper communication with GB (Business Unit) & LSP related to daily operation.

Supporting administration processes related to transportation activity:

• Customer Complaint.
• Urgent Delivery.
• PPFTZ Docs Return.
• Pick up request.
• Transfer Stock.
• Claim letter. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Final year students pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferably majoring in Management Transport, Logistics, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Have a good knowledge of logistics and transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Has organizational experience.
• Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area.
