Human Resources Intern

What You Will Do 

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process 
  • Update job ads in the internal system and post them on social media sites such as LinkedIn 
  • Screen and shortlist resume in talent pool 
  • Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers 
  • Assist and conduct new employee on-boarding alongside HRBP 
  • Assist with department's internal projects and events 
  • Support other administrative tasks in the HR department
  • Gather and update employee databases with new employee information 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Undergraduate Students (min S1) from any major, preferably Human Resources Management and Psychology 
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Keen to learn and proactive. Demonstrate leadership skill, communication and problem-solving skills
