At the start of the program, you will join the global class of hundreds of Analysts at New York for the initial training where you build your peer network and meet our experienced leaders. There will also be opportunities to convene the group during and at the end of the program, providing you with the greatest level of global exposure.
What you will do
This is a country rotational program where you will get hands on experience across our businesses. You could find yourself working closely with experienced managers in Indonesia, where you will acquire country specific knowledge during the four 6 months rotations across various businesses. At the end of the 24-month program, you will be assigned to a business department with a long term view to grow into a leadership position within the country.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Minimum grade point average of 3.2 (out of 4.0)
- Any major from Bachelor Degree and Mater Degree
- Enthusiastic and committed to pursuing a career in the global insurance industry
- Graduating by June 2018 and available for full-time employment starting July 2018.
- Possess valid work visa for Indonesia
